A small number of brands apply their own terms — a shorter return window, final-sale conditions, or a restocking fee. Those are listed below and shown on each product page.
To start any return, email info@lifescript.pro with your order number, the item, and the reason. We'll confirm eligibility with the brand and send return instructions.

Condition
Returned items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Personalized, custom, and final-sale items can't be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
Whatever the brand, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
