Refund policy

Standard returns

Items purchased on lifescript.shop may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. This applies to both defective and non-defective items — a change of mind is fine.

Condition: unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

How to return: by mail. Email info@lifescript.pro with your order number, the item, and the reason, and we'll send return instructions. Returns sent without instructions may be refused.

Return shipping: paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Restocking fee: none.

Refunds: issued to your original payment method within 10 days of the return being received. Your bank may take a further 5–10 business days to post it.

Exchanges: not offered. Return the item and place a new order.

Brand-specific return terms

LifeScript partners with independent brands that make and ship the products in our store. A small number of those brands apply a shorter return window, final-sale terms, or a restocking fee. Those terms are shown on the product page and listed in full at lifescript.shop/pages/brand-return-terms.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. Email us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging (an unboxing video helps). We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Partner-website purchases

Some products link to partner websites. Purchases made there are covered by that store's own return and refund policy, not ours. We're happy to help you find the right contact.
