Who ships your order

Products in our store are shipped directly by the brands that make them. If your order includes items from more than one brand, they'll arrive in separate packages, often on different days.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Some brands can't deliver to PO boxes.

Processing and delivery

Most orders ship within 1–5 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–12 business days after shipping. Some handcrafted items ship from workshops overseas (India and China) and can take up to 3 weeks to arrive. Estimated delivery times are shown on each product page and at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Duties

A few handcrafted items ship to you from workshops overseas (India and China). US orders rarely incur import charges, but occasionally a carrier may collect a small customs fee at delivery.

Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking for each package.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your address at checkout. We can't guarantee changes after an order has been processed.

Lost or delayed packages

If tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or a package shows delivered but you can't find it, email info@lifescript.pro and we'll work with the brand and carrier to resolve it.

Partner-website purchases

Orders placed on a partner store through our links are shipped under that store's own shipping policy.
