1. Overview

This website, lifescript.shop (the "Site"), is operated by LifeScript LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("LifeScript," "we," "us," or "our"). By visiting the Site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy (together, the "Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By using the Site, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. How our store works

LifeScript offers two kinds of products:

(a) Partner-fulfilled products. Many products sold on the Site are made and shipped by independent brands through Shopify Collective. You purchase from LifeScript, and the partner brand fulfills your order. Returns for these items follow the terms listed in our Return & Refund Policy.

(b) Affiliate products. Some products link to partner websites. When you buy through those links, the purchase is made on the partner's website, under that seller's own terms, prices, and policies. LifeScript is not the seller of those products and is not responsible for their fulfillment, warranties, or returns.

4. Affiliate disclosure

Some products on LifeScript link to partner stores. If you make a purchase through those links, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.

5. Product information

We work to display products, descriptions, specifications, and images accurately. Most product information is provided by the brands that make the products, and we cannot guarantee it is complete, current, or error-free. Colors and finishes may vary by screen and by handcrafted batch. Prices and availability for affiliate products are set by the partner and may change without notice.

6. Health and wellness products

Some products, such as cold plunges, saunas, and wellness items, involve heat, cold, or physical exertion. Nothing on the Site is medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use, especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or take medication. Always follow the manufacturer's instructions, including any electrical or installation requirements. Use these products at your own risk.

7. Orders, pricing, and errors

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel any order, including when a product is unavailable, a pricing or listing error occurs, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will refund the amount charged. Prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated and do not include taxes or shipping unless shown at checkout.

8. Payment

You agree to provide current and accurate payment information. Payments are processed by our payment providers, and LifeScript does not store your full card details.

9. Shipping and returns

Shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are described in our Return & Refund Policy. Both are part of these Terms.

10. Intellectual property

The LifeScript name, logos, original text, graphics, and site design are owned by LifeScript LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission. Product names, images, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping content, submitting false information, or using the Site for any unlawful purpose.

12. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, products, or practices. Your use of those sites is governed by their own terms.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, LifeScript disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Any product warranty is provided by the product's manufacturer.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LifeScript LLC and its owners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any product. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid LifeScript for that purchase.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LifeScript LLC from claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site or any product.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
